We have the opportunity as a class to purchase access to the Better Chinese On-line materials at a discount and help Mrs. Liston at the same time (she will receive her account for free.) 

Parents who have been participating in Chinese immersion programs in Utah highly recommend that we make these materials available to our children.  It will give them opportunities to practice what is being taught in class; reading, writing and listening.  While we have been given the option to choose Rosetta Stone, which would be worthwhile for parents and siblings, the Better Chinese program will be more useful to our immersion students.

For $25 you will get access to the on-line materials for a year (from when we initiate the account until August 31, 2013) which will allow them to continue to practice over the summer.  To receive this discount we need a minimum of 20 students to sign up – fewer than 20 and we will be assessed a set-up fee of $350 which will be divided amongst the participants.
