Jan 13-17

Parents,

It's pretty amazing to get to work with your children everyday. They impress me with their ability to help each other, and continue to push hard to learn. Thank you for the privilege to have them in my class.

This week, I will continue to do reading testing. These results will be shared with you at parent teacher conferences (Feb 5-7), and will help me instruct your child on their level.

We would like to welcome Mrs. Hamaker into our English classroom. She is a student teacher from UVU. She will be with us until the middle of March.

A note from Mrs. Liston,

We started "Speaking Chinese only" in Chinese class. Please check the DoJo point and encourage your child to speak Chinese in the class and practice Chinese at home. We would also like to encourage you to help your child review Chinese through using the online program or flashcards (you can print the flashcards from our blog http://chinesewithlistonandwayman.blogspot.com/2013/03/flashcards.html   Chinese Flashcards Folder).

If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you for your hard work to help your child.
